Gary Burroughs is a retired Chartered Accountant who held the CPA designation for more than 30 years. During his career, he was awarded the CPA Fellow (FCPA) designation—one of the accounting profession's highest honours, recognizing exceptional leadership, outstanding career achievement, and service to both the profession and the community.
